• Accounts are due and payable 30 days following date of invoice. Any discount which may be offered is contingent upon payment being made on or before the due date. ITL charges interest at the maximum rate permitted by law on past due accounts. The interest rate charged on past due accounts is subject to change without notice. If accounts must be collected by suit, or otherwise through a third party, ITL will attempt to recover its collection costs including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees.
  • All estimated fees are based on routine tests conforming to IES (or other pertinent industry standards) recommended testing procedures and using ITL’s standard report forms. Published fees, as well as telephone quotations, should be considered as estimates only. Firm quotations can be offered only after ITL has seen your equipment, or after reviewing details of an application engineering project.
  • When possible, customer test samples will be returned prepaid by ITL via UPS ground, in original cartons, without extra insurance. Otherwise, equipment will be returned collect via best way. Freight returned prepaid by ITL will be invoiced at ITL cost plus 20%. Minimum invoice is $20.00. Normally, equipment is shipped out 1-3 weeks after test reports are sent. Other arrangements may be possible upon request.
  • Equipment received collect will be invoiced at ITL cost plus 20%. Import duties and customs charges will be invoiced at ITL cost. Minimum invoice is $20.00.
  • Reports are normally sent by e-mail in PDF format, or via First Class US mail (if requested). Expedited delivery service prepaid by ITL is invoiced at ITL cost plus 20%.
  • Minimum invoice for any purpose is Fifteen Dollars ($20.00).
  • ITL exercises all due care in handling your property, but cannot accept responsibility for loss by fire, theft, vandalism, or other disasters beyond our control.
  • ITL strives to supply our customers with products, test reports and all other data that are free from errors and without defects. However, since it is not humanly possible to be without error 100% of the time, customer agrees not to hold ITL liable (for any error or defect) for more than the purchase price of any ITL goods or services.
  • All prices and rates shown in ITL catalogs are subject to change without notice.
  • Where appropriate, ITL extends credit to new accounts. Client must return a signed credit application. ITL may require one week or longer to process a credit application once the client returns it. Credit will not be offered to firms where there is no realistic prospect of an ongoing long-term business relationship.
